About the owner...

Libby Smith -Hayden received her Bachelors of Science degree from Bowling Green State University in 1999 with a minor in psychology and focus in Animal Behavior. She is experienced in both companion animal and exotic animal fields. Her love of operant conditioning and positive training keep her busy. Libby attends yearly seminars dealing with related topics to help continue her education and to keep her techniques current. Her goal is to help owners create a positive relationship with their pets.
